worst 50 shows ever made by TV Guide. It came in at number 43. None the less,
this short-lived gem is a hot commodity on the collectors' market. From time
to time, taped copies of the pilot turn up on Ebay.

The pilot revolves around 6 people who find each
other at a farm house after the world has been destroyed by nuclear missiles.
The world is destroyed when kids accidentally set off a nuclear missile
causing the Russians to counterattack. Only six people are left in the US:
Mark, the narrator, an ex-school teacher; Alice, a feminist; Curtis, a yuppie
stock broker; Jack, a homeless person; Frederick, a black pathologist; and
Suzzane, a sexy dummy.
