Bio:
EVAN HANDLER (Andrew Rally) most recently completed a long run as Doug, the extremely angry doctor's son in the original cast of Six Degrees of
Separation. Prior Broadway performances include the role of Eugene in both Brighton Beach Memoirs and Broadway Bound, as well as the title roles in Solomon's Child and 'Master Harold'...and the boys (national touring company with Zakes
Mokae, directed by Athol Fugard). Off-Broadway, Evan played Jeffrey Smolowitz in the Public Theater's production of Found a Peanut, as well as leading roles in
Slam (Ensemble Studio Theatre Marathon '84, where he is also a member), the Young Playwright's Festival (1986), What's Wrong with This Picture? (original production at Manhattan Theatre Club), Biography: A Game and Strider, both at Chelsea Theatre Center. Regionally,
Evan has appeared with the Seattle Repertory Company, at the Mark Taper Forum and Studio Arena Theatre. Mr. Handler's film roles include Cadet Lt. Eddie West in Taps, Bobbie the bookie in Sweet Lorraine, Goldberg in The Chosen and Joe Pesci's nephew, Ray, in Dear Mr. Wonderful. For his television work, Mr. Handler has been honored with both an AGLA Award and by the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for
his contributions to the Emmy Award-winning Schoolbreak Special "What If I'm Gay?" and has appeared on "Miami Vice".

Bio:
EVAN HANDLER (Eugene) is happy as a man can be to
be back on Broadway. Most recently seen in the film Sweet Lorraine,
Evan's previous Broadway credits include both Brighton Beach Memoirs and
Biloxi Blues; the national touring company of 'Master Harold'...and the
boys and Solomon's Child. Off-Broadway he has worked at the Public
Theater as Jeffrey Smolowitz in Found a Peanut and in What's Wrong
with This Picture? at Manhattan Theatre Club, both written by Donald
Margulies; the Young Playwrights Festival at Playwrights Horizons and Slam at
Ensemble Studio Theatre, where he is proud to be a member. Evan has also spent
the past three summers developing new plays at Robert Redford's Sundance
Institute. In film and television he has played leading roles in Taps, The
Chosen, Dear Mr. Wonderful, What If I'm Gay and an episode of
"Miami Vice." Evan sends his deep thanks to all those who have helped
on the road back including his family, friends, show biz folks, the works of
Carl Simonton and Louise Hay, and, of course, the incredible Jackie Reingold.
